We are experienced in commercial appraisal assignments involving the valuation of industrial, office and retail-oriented buildings, commercial and residential development sites throughout Western Canada. In addition, we have valued unique properties such as marinas, golf courses and car dealerships. Appraisal work had been commissioned by a variety of users, including Pension Funds, REITs, Financial Institutions, Private Lenders, Lawyers, and Corporate or Individual Investors.
